Seche Clear Crystal Clear Base Coat is specifically formulated to enhance the performance of the world's finest dry fast top coat, Seche Vite. Always use a base coat. This is the best way to get a good bond to the nail plate and to keep nail plate from getting stained by highly pigmented nail polish. Kit includes 1 4 fl. oz. refill bottle of Crystal Clear Base Coat as well as 0.5 fl. oz. bottle for regular use and funnel for no-mess refills.
